Individual Counseling Sessions

50 minute individual counseling session - $150

Virtual and In-Person appointments available starting August 1st, 2025

For folks who may not be able to afford the usual charge for an individual session, I offer a “sliding scale.” This means that I can adjust my rate to better meet your budget. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots at this time, please reach out to request availability.

For those who are able to pay the $150 rate without financial concern, you can also pay a higher rate to help subsidize sliding scale fees for fellow community members facing financial barriers. Please let me know if you are interested in this option.

I specialize in working with adults to navigate a number of concerns as listed below. I am currently not available for couples counseling and/or working with minors.

I am currently in the process of getting credentialed with insurance panels and will likely be accepting insurance in the next 3-6 months. Please reach out to discuss options in the interim if you’re interested in this option.
